Tony Callahan
President & CEO
Tony Callahan has more than 20 years supply chain management experience within manufacturing, building products and homebuilding. As a former Chief Procurement Officer he has extensive real world experience leveraging Corporations spend through center led and centralized sourcing initiatives.
Tony is a Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified Green Professional (CGP), Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.), Accredited Purchasing Practitioner (A.P.P.), Certified Integrated Resource Management (CIRM), Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM).
He has an MBA and is an active member of the Institute for Supply Management (ISM) and the Association for Operations Management (APICS). Tony is a licensed residential, light commercial contractor and a Georgia Registered Appraiser.
Kim A. Whitler
Marketing Strategy
Kim A. Whitler spent nearly 20 years in Senior Marketing and General Management positions and is a 3-time CMO. She has a track record of building profitable business growth behind focused leadership and innovative marketing programs. She has helped create several programs that have won industry and national recognition, including: DMA Tempo Award, Effie, Ad Age's Top 10 Ad Campaign, and Procter and Gamble's Goldstein award.
Ms. Whitler has served in executive positions within the Consumer Packaged Goods and Retailing industries, having worked both in the U.S. and abroad. She spent most of her career in brand management at Procter and Gamble, building brands like Tide, Zest, Era, Safeguard, Bounce, and Downy. More recently, she has served as the CMO of David's Bridal, the country's leading bridal apparel retailer, the CMO of Beazer Homes, a Fortune 500 company, and as an officer at PetSmart, the country's largest pet specialty retailer.
Ms. Whitler attended the U.S. Air Force Academy and received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Business Administration from Eureka College. She also earned an MBA from the University of Arizona, receiving the George H. Brown Outstanding Marketing Scholar Award, and an MS in Marketing from Indiana University.
She is a Forbes contributor and has written for Ad Age, The CMO Council, The Marketing Science Institute, Chief Marketer, CMO.com, and other publications focusing on CMO and executive marketing issues.
Jerry Oleshansky
Sales Strategy
Jerry Oleshansky has more than 30 years sales and marketing experience in the Building Products industry. As a former VP of National Accounts at Therma-Tru Doors, Jerry has extensive experience managing a large sales team and driving results. He has helped companies become dominate in their category by focusing on customer retention and new customer conversion.
Jerry has served on the steering committee for the Harvard Joint Center for Housing Studies Remodeling Futures Program. He was also steering committee chair for the Edward S. Schmidt School of Professional Sales at the University of Toledo, a member of the Business Advisory Council for the College of Business and Innovation at the University of Toledo and Vice-Chair and Board member of the Window and Door Manufacturer's Association (WDMA).
Mr. Oleshansky spent more than 20 years with Owens Corning holding various senior leadership positions in product, market and sales management. He is on the Board of Directors of Sunrise Windows, an Executive-in-Residence and Visiting Instructor at the University of Toledo.
